Rules for Mill Pond
- Hours of public use shall be daylight only -- NO overnight stays
- No littering
- No alcoholic beverages
- No boats, rafts, inner-tubes or canoes, manned or remote controlled
- No non-licensed, off-road vehicles. Such as, but not limited to, ATV's, dirt bikes and golf carts
- No swimming or wading
Fishing Rules
- 16 years or older must have valid/current Georgia fishing license
- Limit of 10 fish per fisherman, per day
- Fish must be caught by rod and reel or pole
- No fishing for fish or bait with a net or seine
- Catfish must be a minimum of 8 inches to keep
- Bream must be a minimum of 5 inches to keep
- Bass must be a minimum of 12 inches to keep
- Fish not kept should be released safely back into the pond
- No bow fishing.
These are the rules adopted as of October 21, 2016 by the Aragon City Council. A complete copy of the Ordinance including penalties for violation can be requested at City Hall.
